Terms of use.

These terms apply when you use ravi-bhandari.com or buy anything on it. By booking a session or buying the ebook, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is run by RBV Management Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), on behalf of Ravi Bhandari. It sells three things: the Distribution Foundation online masterclass, 1:1 sessions with Ravi Bhandari, and The Sales & Distribution Playbook ebook.

2. Sessions

• Online masterclass (₹499): a live group session held online on the date and time shown at booking. Your seat is confirmed once payment goes through. The joining link is sent to the email you book with.
• 1:1 session (₹4,999): a private 90-minute online session at the time you pick. The business details you share in the booking form are used to prepare for your call.
• Please join on time. Sessions start and end at the booked time, and time lost to a late start can't be added back.
• Sessions may not be recorded by participants without our written consent.

3. The ebook

The Sales & Distribution Playbook is a digital download, delivered by email after payment. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute it, in full or in part.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown at checkout before you pay. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through Wix and Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a booking or order you've already paid for.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Nature of the advice

Sessions and the ebook share Ravi Bhandari's experience and opinions on sales and distribution. They are general business guidance, not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Decisions you make for your business are your own, and we don't guarantee any particular result, such as revenue, distribution reach or funding.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our sessions and ebook, including text, frameworks, slides, images and branding, belongs to us or Ravi Bhandari. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.

8. Your conduct

Please be respectful in sessions. We may remove anyone from a session who is abusive or disruptive, without a refund.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Third-party services

Sessions run on third-party platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, and the site links to Instagram and LinkedIn. Their own terms apply when you use them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new bookings and orders from the date shown above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
