Refund & cancellation policy.

What happens if you need to cancel, reschedule or ask for a refund.

1. Online masterclass

• Masterclass bookings are non-refundable once payment is made, including if you can't attend or don't join.
• If you can't attend, you're welcome to send a colleague from your business in your place. Just email us their name and email before the session.

2. 1:1 session

• You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancel at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the session can be moved to a new slot but are not refunded.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, and no-shows, are not refunded or rescheduled.

3. The ebook

Because the ebook is a digital product delivered instantly, it can't be returned, and it is not refundable once the download link has been sent. We will help, or refund you, if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order,
• you didn't receive the download email and we can't resend it within 7 days, or
• the file is damaged or won't open and we can't send you a working copy.

Please write to us within 7 days of purchase in these cases.

4. If we cancel or reschedule

If we need to cancel or move a session, we'll tell you as early as possible. You can choose the new date or a full refund.

5. How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email info@thestartupgurukul.com from the address you booked or ordered with. Include your name, what you bought and the date of your session or order.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They're processed within 5 to 7 working days of approval, after which your bank may take a few more days to show them.
