• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number when you book a session or buy the ebook.
• Business information: for 1:1 sessions, what you tell us about your business, revenue range, challenges and expectations in the booking form.
• Order and payment details: what you bought, when, and the payment status. Payments are handled by Razorpay through Wix; we don't receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical data: basic information such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies used by our website platform (Wix) to run the site and keep checkout working.

2. How we use it

• To confirm your booking or order and send you session links, reminders, receipts and the ebook download.
• To prepare for your session, so Ravi can work on your specific problem.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To send occasional updates about new sessions or resources, only if you've agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the site and your sessions, and only as much as they need:

• Wix, which hosts the website and stores bookings and orders
• Razorpay, which processes payments
• Google (Calendar and Meet) or Zoom, which schedule and host sessions
• Email providers that deliver confirmations and reminders

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

4. Confidentiality of your business information

Anything you share about your business in the booking form or during a session is kept confidential and used only to help you. We won't use your business details as a public example without your permission.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and tax requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

Your data is stored with Wix and processed by Razorpay, both of which use industry-standard security. No online service can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing emails, by writing to info@thestartupgurukul.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, in line with Indian data protection law.

8. Children

Our services are meant for founders and business professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
